I am an agent with RE/MAX Results and brought my buyers to Crossvine Village. It was a pleasure working with Sophia Egerton. She stayed on top of the process and made sure we felt comfortable everything step of the way. Highly suggest using her for the new builds at Crossvine Village. Liberty homes has delivered a 5 bedroom house with beautiful designs and a well laid out floor plan. The process from touring the model to closing was seamless. The team from the builder, preferred mortgage lender, to the closing attorney company work was great. I have no complaints I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Vankinscott as the Sellers agent on a home purchase for my out of state Buyers. Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate the schedules and needs for my Buyers. She was always available for questions most any time of the day and evening. The home was beautiful and ready to move in. No issues or delays and in fact we were able to close a week early. Thank you Liberty Homes and especially Michelle! Sophia Egerton was very pleasant to work with and she will stay with for the long haul. She was very informational concerning any type of question, I had while purchasing my home. Sophia was present at our closing, to this very day Sophia is still supportive. I feel she is a honest person. Liberty is a very professional group. Thanks Liberty!!!
